Straight Answers Before You Send Anything
What this site is, what it costs you and what happens after you press send.
It Costs You Nothing
Sending an enquiry is free and puts you under no obligation. We are paid by the trade side, never by you, and no price on this site is ours to set.
Check Them Yourself
Whoever contacts you has a public record: a Google Business Profile, Checkatrade, Trustpilot or the Federation of Master Builders. Look them up before you commit.
No Scores We Have Not Earned
There is no star rating anywhere on this site, because we have none yet. When there are real reviews, they will appear with the source attached.

What RCRO Building Is
RCRO Building is a lead generation site for building work in London and the 20 miles around it. When you send an enquiry, we pass it to a trade that carries out that kind of work in your area, and they contact you directly.
We are not the builder, the surveyor or the fitter. We do not hold the tools, we do not price your job and we do not carry out the work. Being clear about that matters, because a site that blurs it ends up making promises somebody else has to keep.
What We Actually Do
- Take the detail of your job through one form
- Match it on trade, project size and location
- Pass it to somebody who does that work nearby
- Step out of the way so you deal with them directly
What We Do Not Do
- Carry out building work ourselves
- Quote your job or set anyone else's prices
- Charge you anything for the introduction
- Publish reviews or ratings we have not earned
How An Enquiry Actually Moves
Three steps, and the only one that needs anything from you is the first.
You Describe The Job
The form asks for the work, your postcode and how to reach you. Detail helps: photographs, drawings, a planning reference, a rough budget if you have one.
We Match It To A Trade
The enquiry goes to somebody who does that work, at that size, in that part of London. Not to whoever happens to be closest.
They Come Back To You
The trade contacts you, arranges to see the job and prices it. From that point the arrangement is between you and them.
Send Us The Job Instead
The useful thing we can do is get your enquiry in front of the right trade. That part starts with the form.
