Reviews And What We Will Not Fake
There is no star rating on this page, and there is a reason for that worth reading.
Straight Answers Before You Send Anything
What this site is, what it costs you and what happens after you press send.
It Costs You Nothing
Sending an enquiry is free and puts you under no obligation. We are paid by the trade side, never by you, and no price on this site is ours to set.
Check Them Yourself
Whoever contacts you has a public record: a Google Business Profile, Checkatrade, Trustpilot or the Federation of Master Builders. Look them up before you commit.
No Scores We Have Not Earned
There is no star rating anywhere on this site, because we have none yet. When there are real reviews, they will appear with the source attached.
customer reviews and why this site does not show a score.
Where This Site Stands On Reviews
This site carries no review score, no star rating and no count of happy customers. Not because they would be hard to display, but because we have not earned any yet, and the version of this page with a tidy 4.9 and a row of invented quotes would be a lie told on the first visit.
That decision runs through the whole site. There is no review widget in the corner, no rating in the search result and no testimonial slider, because every one of those would need numbers nobody could check.
What does exist is worth using. The trades we pass enquiries to have their own track records, and those are public: Google Business Profiles, Checkatrade, Trustpilot and the Federation of Master Builders all carry real reviews written by real customers. When a trade contacts you about your job, look them up. That is a more useful check than anything we could print here.
When this site has genuine reviews of its own, they will appear on this page with the source attached and a link back to it, and the score will be whatever it actually is.
